Daniel Hinšt is the founding president and a board member of the Centre for Public Policy and Economic Analysis (CEA), the author of several research papers and articles published in Ekonomski Lab and Banka.hr.

He holds an Advanced Master of European Studies and a degree in Political Science, specializing in public policy, public management, development, international relations, and diplomacy. His research interests include transatlantic institutions, economic and religious freedom, geopolitics, and intelligence.

He works at the Croatian Ministry of Economy, where he focuses on the EU Single Market policy and services market liberalization.

In addition, he holds professional certifications in Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), digital marketing, business intelligence, information security, and intelligence analysis. He is the founder and owner of Ermark.
